Genotyping
Every individual possesses a different genetic makeup inherited from the parents.
Genotyping is the process of determining and analyzing genetic differences. AquaGenTech provides genotyping services of
the target species using the verified microsatellite DNA (msDNA) or single sequence repeat (SSR) markers for population genetics,
selective breeding, and parentage assignment. In addition, we designed and developed genotyping markers of aquatic animals
for single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP), high-resolution melting (HRM) analyses, and msDNA analyses.
